Happy New Year all. Mona an I tuned in the Dick Clark version with about 15 seconds. The guy looks like he just got off the truck form Madam Tusades (sp). I haven't seen him on TV in over 10 years. It was sad to see how much he has deteriorated. Mona said he suffered a really bad stroke a few years ago.

We felt the same way about watching Dick Clark. It was painful to watch and we simply couldn't do it. In the recent past (since his stroke), we felt sympathy for him. This year it was just plain painful. Sadly, it is time for him to hang it up.
