The avatar isn't real. I took one of my SGC 40s (I think), changed the text at an attempt at humor, and added a fake stamp. I don't actually own any overstamped E107s (but would love to). I am kind of hooked on that set in case you can't tell.

yea, thats why i thought you may be Jonathan because he had around 70-80 E107 cards but he sold a bunch in REA in April.

I think i did good by not getting the E107 overprint at the time, i think the value dropped but who knows.

Are you talking about the Hickman that sold on n54? I believe Richard C owns that card now.

I've been trying to be good so that Santa will bring me a couple more e107s before the new year, but I think I need some help in order for that to happen. Know anyone that can help? Very Happy

In all seriousness, with regard to my e107 habit (addiction) for 2009...
My goals for 2009 are to make some more headway on the HOF portion of the set and to do some in-depth research on the Type 1 vs. Type 2 issue as well as the overstamping. I need to brush up on Brian McQueen's article first. I just ordered it from O.C. Hopefully, I will be ready to write an article on it myself next year.
