this is not my favorite card i picked up this year...that'd probably be the e90-1 jax or the e103 wagner, but it's my favorite pick-up since i was at a beach in vietnam when i won it.

Wow, talk about tough. Only being able to pick one card. Mine is definitely a T206. But which one?

Well, my choice would have been the D381 Bancroft I posed in July pickups, but since the other guy reneged on the deal, my favorite pickup so far this year would have to be my D359 Bender or Mayo Ewing.

I got a lot of cards that could fit this category, but this one is special because it's signed by one of the most famous of the Nebraska Indians players - Dan Tobey - Tobey was a pitcher for the NI team and later gained much more fame as a boxing announcer. He is in the Boxing Hall of Fame.

Even more interesting perhaps is that the card was sent to Honus Wagner's brother Luke (Louis) who also I guess went by the nickname "Dutch".

No, I don't own the Stengel card, but if I did I'm sure you'd here about it!

I consider the set complete with 29 cards (in my mind) for the simple reason there's only one known (SP) Stengel reported to exist today. So the scan listed on my link page is just a novelty piece for show.
