Is there anything else we should know about you, like frequent trips to SF?

I had to endure a retaliatory neutral for these, but it turned out to be well worth it:
Re: April 2008 Pickup Thread
I saw that Yawie responded to the April p/u thread and i thought "oh no, i hope he's not posting the card that he just received from Canada" ......fortunately not.

Re: April 2008 Pickup Thread
Hey, I like that card! It's sitting next to my scanner as we speak - or at least type - but I'm not sure if I'll get to it tonight or not.
By the way, man, I've been meaning to ask you: Do other Canadians look down on francophone Quebecois as uneducated/uncultured? Maybe it's a simple language issue, but I swear the Frenchies that won some of my recent hockey auctions just seem a little, I dunno, more thick than the residents of, say, Manitoba.

Re: April 2008 Pickup Thread
I had to send the seller my address three different times through three different channels and she still kept telling me she needed my confirmed address - even though I didn't pay via PayPal. I left a neutral because the transaction took forever and she just wasn't a very pleasant person. I don't think she regularly deals in cards because they were also packaged in a totally half-assed manner.

Nice cards everyone. Can't remember what I've shown and what I haven't but these all arrived at the house yesterday

Re: April 2008 Pickup Thread
Hey Jay,
Is your collection only major league cards? So if a player had a major league card you would have to have that player on a card while in the majors, right? It wouldn't count if you had a minor league card of a player that later made it to the majors (and had a card in the majors as well)?
Is the T207 Lively the same Lively that's in the Obak set? I think it is. But if your collection is "a card for every major league player that had a card", you still mean the card for that player has to be major league card, right?
Of course, all of that is just getting at your reference to the T207 as an "only". I'm thinking that must mean that you consider minor league cards of players that had a card in the majors to not count.

Re: April 2008 Pickup Thread
Joan, you are correct. I want only cards where the players appeared as a major leaguer. Minor league cards don't count. And yes, it is the same Jack Lively.
Lively has a black Recruit back.

Nice Coupons, Sean
I'm starting to like a little Back damage price wise.

Re: April 2008 Pickup Thread
Sean, that little back damage is nothing for a coupon. I really like that issue a lot and those are great.
