December Pick Ups

Hey all,

I picked up a couple nice hits just recently.

I was lucky enough to find this Yaz RC for $15 on eBay and couldn't pass it up.



Then I won this one in Love of the Game and it just arrived.

The E102 set is gorgeous. As you're probably aware, it pre-dates by one year the giant of vintage collecting, the T209's. If you can acquire all 25 in this checklist, even at 'poor 10' or even 'A,' wow. What a collection that would be. There are about 40 on eBay right now, and they're pricy as hell. Good luck! Keep showing them to us.

I picked up that E102 as a type card to be honest. I know that set is fairly scarce and wanted an example. The Dooin is one of my favorite poses from the set too so I was happy to pick it up. I am working on the E101 set, but that's pretty slow going as well. I only have 8 of those so far with no big names. I believe it shares the same images as E102 but it has 50 subjects instead of 25. Not sure what I've gotten into there! Ha.
