any wins from LOTG auction?

I picked up this lot to add to the Twins collection

no wins here...why on earth would those cards be altered?

I was wondering too why they have Authentic grades.

I'm pumped to have won my "holy grail" WaJo pickup for 2014!  Hey Dan, can it possibly be that for the first time ever, I outbid you for a rare/scarce WaJo card?  Or, did you just kindly let this old man have this thrill?

Jay, thanks, but you may have a 10-year wait! That would be 2024, the 100th anniversary of the Senators' only World Series Championship. FYI, I've long collected WaJo and Sam Rice cards, and it has reached the point where the cards I still want (and can afford!) don't surface often. So, a couple of years ago, I decided to also collect cards of all the other players on the 1924 team, with the idea being to build as good a collection as I can by 2024, when I'll turn age 80 and probably be ready to unload my collection before I become too senile!
