2012 line-up, rotation and manager settings
Copy this exactly and fill it out. Rank each manager setting from 1-5. 1 being most frequent, 5 being least frequent
Batting order: (if you have right/lefty platoon list it as such. For catcher list the percentage you want the backup to play) I do different starting batting orders based on starting pitcher being right/left.

Pitching: 4 or 5 man rotation. If you want a 5th starter to only pitch 5% (percentage your choice) list that. You can also set you rotation to skip the 4/5 starter if their start lands on a day off and have the #1 starter pitch. Just put skip after the last pitcher in the rotation if you want to skip that last starter on a day off.
Starters:

Spot starters: This is for a pitcher if you want them to start less often than the regular rotation. Just list the percentage i.e. 5%, 12%, etc
Mop up: no righty/lefty
Long relief: no righty/lefty
Set up: righy/lefty if you want it
Closer: (righty/lefty if you want that set up)
