I know I'm a little late to this party, but congratulations. My son is 11 months today and he's already walking around and trying to climb stuff all over the house.

mmm we're still trying to come up with an american name for my son. i'd picked tyler a few years back but a friend unknowingly named his son tyler first...so now it's gone from kyle to brent to max but after he's born none of those names seem to fit...bleh.

An Irish name like Kyle, Tom or Patrick might seem awkward on an Asian kid, I would stick with something more like Andy, Alan, David, Jeff, Sam, etc.

E is a good name, easy to spell.

I like the name "Bob" with quotations, or name him after the Pixies song Jefries ("Jefrey with one F, one F")

E--he wouldn't be able to live up to that great name.

J--i have a class of children for music on saturdays and there are lots of david/alex/andy/john so i'm trying to go the opposite...maybe a greek name?

Tyler would've been perfect imo...after fight club, can be shortened to Ty like Ty Cobb...and in vietnamese we have a similar sounding name so everyone can pronounce it. tyquandoe would also fit well for obvious reasons and it's true asians are good at kung fu

Tyler Durden would be a great name. Must say we went the traditional route, my daughters name is Emma Joon, or EJ for short. Maybe we should start a Full Count Families Post
