LeBron tonight

Is anyone else as disinterested in LeBron's TV press conference or whatever it is?

I've never cared much for the NBA after Dr J and crew left scene but NBA is now reduced to preening idiots like 'Bron and Kobe, I'm glad I'm not a fan.

I'm a NBA fan, but I'm not gonna waste an hour on something that could take 15 seconds. Just make the announcement and get it over with dude. Lebron is an incredible player, but he is also an attention whore.

Where do you guys think he'll go? The latest reports are saying he'll join Wade and Bosh in Miami If that's the case, I think that's real bad for the league and for Lebron too. Sure, he will get his title, but he should do it with Cleveland instead of piggybacking on two other superstars. It also pretty much screws the balance of the league and decides who the champs will be fore the foreseeable future. A team with Lebron/Wade/Bosh is just unfair.

Where do you guys think he'll go? It's looking like a 4 team race between Cleveland, Knicks, Nets, and the Heat.

I've heard a lot of talk that this is nothing but an attention grab and that nothing will actually be announced.

If he did go to Miami, it would be any different than the 80s when it was pretty much the Lakers/Celtics show with the Sixers sneaking in once in awhile.

Reason: My wife is away for 8 weeks and I've got nothing better to do in the evenings......so I figured why not!

The way I figure, its no different than the Yankees going out and spending $500 million on their team. If you are willing to spend the big cash on quality players (Cards' signing of Holiday comes to mind) and think its going to make you a perrenial contender, go for it I say! Be careful though, alotta guys get the big $$ and "lay down" (Jamarcus Russell comes to mind, lol).
