Strongest team besides your own?

Besides your own, who do you think has drafted the strongest team? Why?

Of course, being the 2 time defending champ, I have to vote for myself. With Negro Leagues in the mix, the thing is wide open. It'll be interesting to see how my brother does with his all Negro League/Black team. I'm still bummed about him snagging Dihigo. I thought for sure I could get him around the 5th or 6th round.

The Black Whales, in my estimation, have it because the Sim manufacturer has included the Negro Leaguers as an attraction, a feature, and therefore is likely to enhance their actual performance (which is not well documented) to the highest plausible level. So the Negro Leaguerers are likely to perform way above their heads, is my guess. And I plan on getting me more.
This is similar to what he appears to do with Yankee players (which sells), and doesn't do with 19th century players (which do not sell - unless as a specialty).
