PopUp when hosting an image.

Sometimes this one is relentless (like now). It appears after I select the Host an image icon, then select browse - and it covers the image hosting screen, preventing further access to actually host and copy my picture. Know anything about it?

Wow, that did not come out at all! I had copied it to Word, and it looked fine, but it sure got scrambled coming back here.

It was me.
I had ta delete cookies, temp files or other crap which was bogging down my machine.
I have a new one right here, but haven't hooked it up yet.
I hope it works.
