Avatar envy
How closely do you associate one's avatar with the actual person?
I know when I come across a baseball card which is used by a contributor as his avatar, I think of that participant:
Oh ..... that is ___
(the Cravath/Hanksta comes to mind.)

If I ran into Mark at a card show, I'd expect him to resemble Bill Dineen with a large golden square frame levitating around his head.
Ha,Ha...
Ben, i actually look a lot like Smokey Joe....I picked his M116 card because its one that i always wanted to own but they rarely come up for sale.
here is a great photshop card i had Sean H. do for me.

That brings up another point / question. How many of us will be at Nationals this year and unknowingly pass right by each other since we aren't wearing our avatars?

I know I'll always associate the Lajoie image with tbob, no doubt. He hasn't changed that in years and years. There are a few that never change.
