I thought this Kalamazoo Bats card went really, really cheap:

This I feel is a combination of 2 things, Mastro's continued bad press and the bad economy. There might still be buyers out there but there are not going to be as many and if they are buying they may not be buying as much. With so many big auctions running at the same time this should really affect the overall prices.

I assume they didn't like my post about the last non-sport auction I won. It's here somewhere.

I got banned from PSA some time ago apparently from David Hall(?) when I launched my website. Joe reinstated me a couple weeks later but they still have my name erased on all the articles I wrote. It's become quite clear that even after a couple years have past, they still won't credit the articles. That's when i decided to test the flip waters . I still like them though.

I quit and was then banned from returning to LTS as well. Seems exposing card alterations was just too controversial and pissed off some collectors. I believe the mods didn't like the constant complaining.

Although the previously taboo subject has been brought out of the collecting closet, I don't think some collectors are ready to accept what can be done...even when shown. I'm a card collecting martyr.

I was officially shut out on all the cards I was going after tonight. Still thinking about one, but it's a bit more than I want to pay, so I think I'm out there too. I did pick up some Milwaukee Brewers game jerseys for pretty cheap: Owens, Barnwell, and Jose Hernandez (Blue, Grey, and White jerseys). Not cards, but it is something.
