e90-3 Hofnlan redeaux

I was sent a link to the recent Mastro auction featuring the e90-3 Hofnlan that was discovered about 2 years ago. Both cards grade SGC 30.

It's amazing how little this card went for. If I had known about it, I would have tried to buy it back for that price. This card sold for about 15% of the price mine sold for in the REA auction about 3 years ago. Makes you wonder how many of REA's bidders never crack open a Mastro catalogue or look at their auctions online because there had to a number of bidders in REA that were higher than what the Mastro card sold for.

There are those who find this type of legitimate issue spelling error card fascinating, I do not count myself among them.
My boat is floated by the more visual, albeit not legitimate issue:

imo that hofman is still too high at $375 in this economy . i don't consider freak printing mishap to be a legit variation, but we're beating a dead horse on this card ...i'm glad u got a fantastic price on ur card jay, nice to see a good guy win one!

Congratulations on the very strong price that you received a few years ago, Jay. Way too much for a minor printing flaw imo.
