Just won this "card" in a group of three--this one is now a double. A great pic of a really good pitcher (Cy Young award) in front of the Old Met scoreboard advertising Grain Belt Beer. Those were the days my friends.

It needs to have the Twin City Federal money tree in the background. I remember as a kid that if a player were to hit the tree that they would get $10,000. I don't think anyone ever hit it.

That sign came up later and the closest to hit it was Reggie.

The days will be when the new ballpark is built. Bah Humbug to all that think it needs a roof, if the choice is stay in the Metrodome or a new outdoor stadium, there is no choice for me, I want to sit outside and watch a ballgame.

I laugh at most of the people complaining don't go to games anyways and they will be knocking at my door looking for tickets when the stadium opens. I can't wait, I had to sit in the dome Thursday afternoon when it was 65 and sunny.
