Putting together a 1910 Obak set.

Post by Z-NUT on Sat Mar 16, 2013 5:57 pm

After a bit of a hiatus from collecting Pre-War, I'm back in the thick of things. I've decided that I'm going to take on the 1910 T212-2 Obak set again. I got about halfway 9 years ago with 82/175 before having to part with them. Wish they were still as cheap as they were back then Smile. I figure I'll finish this a lot quicker then the T206 set I'm working on which will take a few years (decades?).

So far I'm 6/175.

Obaks are a great set except for that one Krapp card geek . Personally, I like it better than the t206. Better art work. Plus, if you are not really familiar with league, getting to know it is very interesting, to say the least. Lots of great players and characters.

It's a great set. I'm looking forward to actually completing it this time around. I can't imagine how Gene Krapp got through high school in one piece with that last name. Smile
