Seems to be an issue every year, one city or another boo's the other countries Anthem. Is there any steps the NHL could take to stop this? Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm all for being patriotic, but it's very classless to disrespect another person's country over a sporting event. Now if we were actually at war with them, that would be a different story.

What are NHL fans thinking? The anthem is the least of the leagues worries.
This last demonstration of complete ignorance makes me question the decency of NHL fans. The Caps eliminated the Boston Bruins with an excellent rebound shot into the back of the net in overtime of game 7. A great game, but "fans" reactions to Joel Ward, a black man, eliminating their beloved team is morally abhorrent.
He wears number 42 for a reason. Remind anyone here of another player?
