D303 Cobby on ebay, READ PLEASE
look at these pictures as I think someone is going to get smoked here.
I believe the ebay card was made or created from the Heritage card.
There are just too many of the exact same defects.
ebay card: http://www.ebay.com/itm/250877253705?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
heritage card: http://sports.ha.com/c/item.zx?saleN...No=81119#Photo
I was going to hammer the ebay card til I found the Heritage auction from 2009.
If you decide to bid, be very careful. I am going to pass.

I don't understand why people buy cards of this quality 'raw' on eBay.
Grading is so cost-effective for cards like this.
I always stop and say to myself, "Wait. A seller has a quality card like this and is leaving hundreds of dollars on the table because he won't spend $15 to sub it?"
To me, coming from the approach of a younger collector, I pretty much assume every 'raw' card of a star on eBay to be fake.
At a show where you can handle the card is one thing, but eBay? Perhaps they should just ban all 'raw' card sales in the pre-war category.

I am going to argue a little with you on that young collector. Though this one looks good, most of the time you can tell fake from real when raw.
Would you have bought this PSA graded Fro Joy Ruth?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1928-FRO-JOY-BABE-RUTH-6-PSA-5-CRACK-FIELDER-/270803785623?pt=US_Baseball&hash=item3f0d29d797
If so, you would have paid $600 for an obvious reproduction.
I sell tons of raw cards, people buy from me because of my reputation.
