Green Bordered T204 Ramly?

Check out this Ramly Evers....borders are distinctly green. Don't think I've seen that before on a T204 - kinda similar to the green bordered T205's. I assume this is just the result of exposure to the elements?

I could also post this in Jay's thread about unrealistic expectations from ebay sellers.....the min bid here is $1320....WTF?

Almost looks like the embossing is depressed instead of raised.

agreed it didn't come from the factory that way. psa probably missed something there...again.

I think you are right as it being the same as the 205 issue-something with the gold and time and elements.
I also wouldn't say the seller is bad but I had to email them 4 times to get a back scan and have a friend that bought something from their ebay inventory that had already been sold and was still available through ebay. I realize when you have a web site and a large inventory you may list things in several places but it is your job to keep up on your inventory and sales.

oh yea--i was tracking a card that received no bid from this seller. i made him what i thought was a fair offer offline to save on the fees and he came back with a "best" price that was more than what he listed it for. bleh...
