I found this in my grandpa's basement....... Any one know?

I was cleaning out my grandpa's basement today and found this.
Does anyone have an idea whar card this is?
I've looked everywhere online and I haven't found any info yet.

Looks like some sort of tribute card to me. No idea as to the year or the maker.

I believe it's something out of the 1970s but can't recall off the top of my head what it is.
