chalk one up for the good guy. i actually watched a little golf this weekend with all the drama...glad it had a happy ending.

A few big victories definately change everyones opinion of someone. It was only a few years ago that Mickleson was known as a choke artist who couldnt resist blowing himself up. He was derided as being a little dumb and even called a jerk by Woods Caddy(and I think others too) a few years back.
Just goes to show you that winning is paramount to how everyone sees you. I think if Tiger had been able to pull out a victory everyone would be talking about his "intestinal fortitude", "intense focus" or "will to win", instead of his marital problems.

i definitely agreed phil wilted to the pressure a few years back. he should have a couple more major wins in the bag.

every professional golfers should send tiger 10% of their incomes every christmas...the man has made all of them alot richer since he's joined the tour.
