Should the t207 Red Cross Blackbourne get a numerical grade?

How does everyone feel about the t207 Red Cross Blackbourne. Do you think it should not get a numerical grade for having the stain removed?
At least Rob did a good job with describing what had been done to the card. My only qualm would be with the use of the word "pinpoint" to describe the size of the stain. It is much bigger than that. A pinpoint should be noticeable in the scan from the book.

I think that each grading company should grade cards in accordance with their rules and procedures, and I will determine its desireability and the corresponding value in accordance with mine.
With respect to this rare card, the miniscule alteration matters less than the less than fortunate originality of the Just So Ewing. imho.
Edited to add: Oh, I forgot. In the Gil Grading Company altered cards get no numerical designation, but I usually do not inspect my cards that closely (if you saw them, you'd know why).

"a dab of bleach"....if that's the case i don't think it should get a numerical grade. i have no idea how the 'gone with the stain' guy takes out his stains...but if any chemical is involved then it's altered (too bad tpg can't always catch it).
