A T202 that never was . . . thanks Lee

Post by aupt on Sat Jan 16, 2010 9:35 pm

Since Lee has been so instrumental in providing scans, critique, etc., for my custom card creation in the T202 format, I thought it only right to debut it here.

I've got one more T202 to come . . . watch for it, you Red Sox fans.

Bob that looks really cool. Would love to see what you could do with a T205/T202 Plank!

In the theme of the pitcher/catcher of the T202's, I think a Plank/Ira Thomas would be a cool fantasy card.

Great Job on the Carey/Wagner card, very nice
This might be a good center panel for a T202 Plank fantasy card

Now that you mention it, you don't see many (any?) pitchers in the central "action" photos on T202. Perhaps the generally vertical nature of their poses was a composition problem.

I think the only center panel of a pitcher is this one of Ford putting over a spitter

Call me a glutton for punishment, but I'd love to see a Merkle/Snodgrass!
