L. Corcoran was one, I believe.
I know another ..... gimme a min.
But I'm not sure about the third. (or the first, actually - but I think Larry C. did it.)
Wasn't that OJ Ben sold another of 'em - who was that? The guy who was the first to skip to the Union Assoc., then renegged, then got tossed from all Leagues (in 1885), then won 30 games (I dunno) 5 years in a row - no? Who was that? Yes Mullane !
And the Icebox (but I looked him up - for some reason I was hung up on the Cannonball nickname - but it wasn't any of them).

Here's one back at ya Jerry:

What left handed fielding 3Bman appeared in the most games (>1000)?

If you need a hint, he is one of the cards which I have listed in my 19century wishlist in b/s/t.

A card which I have recently found to carry a premium. I do not know why. He certainly is nothing to brag about. But to me, he played a pivitol role in AA history, and that of the Cincinatti franchise.

Go for the other one:
Name a player who "got" the triple crown and also participated in a triple play.

If you need a hint - see the other card on my wantlist.

Here is one for you guys:

He was first pitcher to hit 3 HRs in a game and the only pitcher to win a batting title.

He's been on my OJ want list for years. The Louisville guys are hard to get. He's a stat guys dream. He threw a no hitter, scored seven runs in a single game, and was the first guy in history to play an entire game at first base without handling a chance. I was saddened that REA didn't have one to offer.

Hey, a trivia thread is great but I think another question should be asked only after the previous one has been answered. If the questioned is not answered within 2 days the person asking should give the answer and than we can move on to another question.
