Help with searches on Ebay Empty Help with searches on Ebay

Ebay used to allow searches that just eliminated words. "-topps*" would return everything that didn't start with "topps". Now that doesn't work and Ebay seems to need something to search on. I've tried wildcards, but "* -topps" doesn't work. Does anyone know how to do this? question

It used to work fine for me too. Now, on different computers, I always get this message: "Please enter a keyword you would like to search for followed by the terms you'd like to remove. Example: shoes -nike"
