Not only is it a fake, but it's a really really bad fake. The borders are way too wide and the color is all wrong for starters. I'm guessing the dimensions are off as well (it looks too small).

Let me preface my response by saying that I'm not, in any way, trying to be condescending here.
If you can not tell that this Cobb card is fake, then you really should not be looking to buy a T206 Cobb yet. I very much recommend becoming a bit more familiar with these cards by buying some commons for much less money to start out. Get used to what they look like and read up on them on sites like this one. Ask questions like you did here. This board is full of nice people who will be happy to answer questions and help you get familiar with prewar cards.
After a little while, you'll be able to spot fakes like this one immediately. This one isn't even close to looking real.
I hope you do continue to learn about these cards, and have as much fun as I do collecting them
, but don't get taken by a-holes that are trying to scam people who just don't know enough yet.
