eBay's neew feedback

It's now official, eBay's new feedback system is fully implemented. I'll be interested to see how crappy sellers like Broadway Rick fair now that buyers don't have to fear retaliatory feedback from crappy sellers. He's already under 99%, which to me is unacceptable for a powerseller. He had to create a new account because his first account ended up with rating somewhere around 96%. I know that one dealing had with him was not pleasant and he flat out lied about the provenance of the card. The person he claimed to own the card was someone I knew very well and I knew for a fact he never owned a card from that set.

He's dropped from 99% to 96% in almost no time, now that he can't leave retaliatory feedback for buyers who were duped by his 'paper cut-outs'. Actually, it looks like he may have given up altogether, as he sold nothing in the past 30 days.

I totally forgot about him. Another sleezeball that won't be missed. Even though I don't like the idea that a buyer can't get a neg (I've been scammed a few times by buyers) the good that this does far outweighs the negatives involves.
