I know everyone like to use a moniker other than there name oon the site but it would be helpful if you ended your responses signed with your first name so we can get more familiar with everyone. I know Steve Murray corrected Jay after calling him Jerry (another member), easy mistake and this might help.

i always do, out of courtesy. Also, new members can memorize names by Avatars.
