I'd have to put e107s at the top. They are rare, but unless you are trying to put the set together or looking for a certain player, getting a type card really isn't really difficult.

They are only voting on managers, umps and execs. The one person on the list that needs to get in is Marvin Miller. The surprise on the list, but really shouldn't be, is Tom Kelley.
