If you guys want to spread the workload of your starting staff over 6 or more pitchers, you need to have that total add up to 100%. Gil's current set up will not work. If he goes with a 5 man rotation and puts 30% spot starting Wilhelm then he will start 30% of all games.

I wanted to communicate that relief pitcher Wilhelm was available for starting assignments as the need may arise, while relief pitcher Orosco was not available as a starter. I will remove the 30% Wilhelm allocation, and the distribution indicated for starters totals 100.
But really, the Sim never pays attention to my wants, but goes directly for some third baseman and uses him in relief of my starter for no apparent reason. Or maybe I'm mistaken - that was the other Sim.
